So you liked the screenshots and want to download FantasyEngine and start on that game you've always wanted to make...

Here are links to released packages in various formats:
Important: Keep in mind before you download: you must have Sun's JDK 1.3 installed to use FantasyEngine.

Developer packages: These include all the source and the demos

• The source package as a tar.gz archive 1.6M (Good for UNIX/Linux)
• The source package as a .zip file 1.7M (Good for Winblows)
• The precompiled package as a tar.gz archive 1.8M (Good for UNIX/Linux)
• The precompiled package as a .zip file 2.1M (Good for Winblows)

• The jar file (For all platforms)

If you want the absolute latest version of the code (which will probably compile, but may or may not actually work), you can get it from the CVS repository, which is at cvs.jfantasyengine.sourceforge.net/cvsroot/FantasyEngine. If you're using CVS, I assume you know how to use it to get yourself a copy of the code. If you don't, check out the docs at sourceforge: SourceForge CVS HOWTO
